If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please email us at support@igniton.com within 30 days of your delivery date to request a refund. We will provide you with return instructions.

 

Returns

You can return any product within 30 days of your delivery date. If it has been more than 30 days, unfortunately, there are no refunds. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To return a product, send an email to support@igniton.com explaining your return request and noting your order number. Although we offer free shipping to our customers, we do not provide free return shipping labels.

 

Additional Specifics of Igniton’s Return Policy

  1. One opened bottle of each product is eligible for return; all other returned products must be clean, undamaged, and in the original sealed container for a refund.
  2. Although we offer free shipping to our customers, we do not provide free return shipping.
  3. If you purchased more than one bottle in the order that involved a volume discount and you are not returning all the bottles purchased, the discounted price is thereby forfeited and any items not returned will be reassessed at the volume-based discount price based on the bottles you retained, and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your igniton.com order number.  

Refund Procedure

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.  Subsequently, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Product Subscriptions

Subscribers can cancel subscriptions at any time. Please cancel your subscription no less than 3 days prior to the next renewal date. We cannot refund any recurring payments for orders which have shipped prior to processing of cancellations.
