All domestic retail orders greater than $199.00 are shipped free of charge as our gift to you.
Domestic includes all contiguous states as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO.
Igniton utilizes USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping services. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Louisville, Colorado, usually within 3 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Though shipments will typically arrive within a few business days, please allow up to a week for delivery.
If you would like to request special shipping or handling, please respond to your order confirmation email and provide these instructions. We will do our best to fulfill special requests but are not able to provide guarantees of such.
